Job summary

Shell Canada is seeking a CRM Campaign Coordinator to drive the execution of CRM and digital engagement strategies across email, app, SMS, and push channels. You will work with the CRM Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant campaign delivery that enhances customer engagement and loyalty.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of CRM experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with Braze.

Qualifications

  • Legal authorization to work in Canada on a full-time basis.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 3+ years of CRM experience or equivalent.
  • Understanding of CRM best practices and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Familiarity with Braze CRM platform preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute CRM and Digital Engagement strategy through multi-channel campaign delivery (email, app, SMS, push).
  • Manage campaign briefs for clarity, consistency, and alignment with objectives.
  • Coordinate with Legal to ensure compliance of terms and conditions.
  • Manage customer journeys across touchpoints for a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and Product Owners for accurate messaging.
  • Coordinate timelines, asset delivery, and approvals for on-time execution.
  • Perform QA on content, targeting, and technical functionality.
  • Maintain campaign calendars and documentation; track progress and performance.
  • Assist with post-campaign reporting and continuous improvement.

What’s the role? Shell is seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Campaign Coordinator who will play a vital role in supporting the execution of the overall CRM and Digital Engagement strategy. This position ensures that CRM campaigns are delivered on time, with clarity, accuracy, and consistency, while aligning with strategic objectives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. Working closely with the CRM Manager, internal teams, and external partners, this role is responsible for managing campaign briefs, coordinating execution across channels, and ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in managing multiple tasks and timelines in a dynamic environment.

What you’ll be doing
  • Execute CRM and Digital Engagement strategy through campaign delivery across owned channels (email, app, SMS, push notifications)
  • Manage campaign briefs to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with objectives and messaging standards
  • Work with legal to make sure campaign terms and conditions are accurate and compliant with relevant regulations
  • Manage customer journeys to provide a seamless and engaging experience across touchpoints
  • Work with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and Product Owners to ensure messaging is accurate, relevant, and consistent
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, asset delivery, and approvals to ensure on-time execution
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on campaign content, targeting, and technical functionality
  • Maintain and update campaign calendars and documentation to track progress and performance
  • Support with post-campaign reporting, metrics, and supporting continuous improvement efforts
  • Support A/B testing and the implementation of enhancements based on performance data
What you bring
  • The candidate must have legal authorization to work in Canada on a full-time basis
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 or more years of experience in CRM
  • Understanding of CRM best practices and customer lifecycle marketing
  • Familiarity with Braze CRM platforms and tools is preferred
  • A good overall understanding of the Mobility & Convenience business is an advantage

The base salary range for this position is $82,000 - $ 120,000 per year. Individual pay will be based on various factors, such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skill level, seniority, and internal equity.
