Summary of Responsibilities:

1. Lead aircraft maintenance engineers, assign tasks, ensure safety standards, and maintain discipline.
2. Ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.
3. Handle parts ordering and logistics.
4. Assist in troubleshooting and hands-on problem solving.
5. Complete logbooks, work orders, and crew passovers.
6. Ensure aircraft airworthiness.
7. Work flexible schedules (day, night, evening).
8. Act as Coordinator in absence.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Valid Transport Canada M2 and/or M1 license.
2. Knowledge of MCM and paperwork systems.
3. Leadership and supervisory skills.
4. Team player with confidence and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure.

Education:

• Completed Aircraft Engineer College Program.
