Job summary

Uline, a leading North American supplier, is hiring a Credit Supervisor to lead a team of Credit Analysts at the Milton, Ontario site. You will guide onboarding, monitor performance, and collaborate with Collections and Sales on credit decisions.

The role requires a finance background, leadership experience, and strong communication. On-site work with competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• CCP designation is an asset.
• 3+ years in a Credit or Collections leadership position; B2B experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communicator with time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Credit Analysts with onboarding and training.
• Monitor team interactions with customers, track results and coach for success.
• Collaborate with Collections and Sales to resolve credit issues and review orders.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Oversee special projects within the Credit team.
