Job summary

Uline is seeking a Credit Team Lead in Milton, ON to manage and develop a team of Credit Analysts, guiding onboarding and training to ensure outstanding service.

You will monitor customer interactions, coach for improved performance, and collaborate with Collections and Sales to resolve credit issues while supporting data-driven decisions. Strong Excel skills and 3+ years in leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 3+ years in a Credit or Collections leadership position; B2B experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communicator with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Strong communicator with excellent time management and organizational skills.
