Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as main escalation point for credit issues.
• Guide credit analysts on practices, negotiations, risk assessment.
• Mentor and train team members.
• Handle complex customer and risk management matters.
• Manage portfolio with consistent credit practices.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable external laws and regulations.
• Oversee timely resolution of customer disputes.
• Support implementation of credit policies and procedures.
• Prepare reporting packages for monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Participate in daily team huddles and set priorities.
• Provide backup to Credit Manager.
