Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience training or guiding others is required.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial credit experience.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Understanding of financial controls and related procedures.
• CCP designation or experience in a publicly traded environment is advantageous.
• SAP experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to work overtime during financial reporting cycles and to support global needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio by applying consistent credit practices.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to credit team members on account management and credit regulations.
• Ensure effective account oversight in compliance with internal policies and laws.
• Oversee timely resolution of customer disputes.
• Identify and escalate material credit risks to management.
• Support the implementation and improvement of credit policies and procedures.
• Prepare reporting packages for multiple business units for monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Participate in daily team activities and provide priorities.
