Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking motivated in-store sales representatives to promote a Canadian household-brand credit card product inside major retailers in Vaughan and surrounding areas. You will engage customers face-to-face, tailor recommendations, and build trust while driving sales and brand value.

The role offers flexible scheduling, training from day one, uncapped commissions, and opportunities for advancement within a leading sales and marketing agency.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is a bonus; attitude matters.
• Willing to undergo criminal and credit background checks.
• Able to travel to multiple store locations as needed.

Kognitive Sales Solutions is growing its in-store sales team and we are looking for driven, personable individuals who thrive in a retail environment. In this role you will work inside a major Canadian retailer, meeting customers where they shop and helping them discover a financial product from one of Canada's trusted brands. Compensation

• Base wage 17.95/hr plus uncapped commission
