Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years mortgage experience including exposure to non-conforming mortgage products.
• Recent experience in conventional underwriting or quality assurance within the banking industry.
• Knowledge of mortgage default insurers' lending programs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Retail and Commercial Lending files to ensure compliance with underwriting standards.
• Conduct audits of retail and commercial credit files.
• Review required documentation for accuracy and legitimacy.
