Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a creative Studio Planter Designer & Builder for West Coast Gardens in Surrey.

You will assemble indoor and outdoor planters, build tropical and seasonal configurations, and ensure colour balance and quality across displays and wholesale programs. You should be experienced with annuals, perennials, and tropical plants, able to follow planting specifications, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on greenhouse setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with annuals, perennials, and tropical plants.
• Strong eye for plant combinations and container design.
• Follow planting specifications while maintaining visual quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble indoor and outdoor planters using planting specifications.
• Build tropical planters and seasonal combinations in bulk quantities.
