Job summary

Cheil Canada seeks a Studio Manager to structure and operationalize its creative production and agency resources. You’ll manage the workflow of Cheil Canada Studio, coordinating resources across projects and ensuring work moves from brief to delivery with balance of priorities, capacity, timelines and quality.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Head of Client Services, you’ll collaborate with department leaders to keep projects on track and organized, acting as the frontline of the agency’s

Qualifications

• 6+ years of marketing/advertising agency experience, incl. 4+ years with Canadian-market clients.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business management.
• Confident in client-facing situations and managing multiple projects.
• Expertise across multichannel platforms and translating insights into briefs.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana) and AI LLMs.
• Proficient in data metrics, KPIs, analytics, and optimizations.
• Versatile across brand, digital, retail, and strategy roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; collaboration with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational workflow of Cheil Canada Studio and allocate resources across projects.
• Serve as central connection point between creative, account, production, and project management teams.
• Balance priorities, capacity, timelines, and quality to keep campaigns on track.
