POSITION: Creative Production Coordinator

DEPARTMENT: Creative

REPORTS TO: Manager, Creative Production

Position Summary

Are you an organizer, multi-tasker, problem solver and amazing communicator? Then this is your chance to join one of the most well-known brands in Canada as the Creative Production Coordinator.

As the conduit between Marketing and Design, the Production team is responsible for project managing the development of all necessary printed assets across the arena and integrated marketing channels. The Production Coordinator ensures that all physical assets produced by the CSE Creative team are completed on time and to brand standards across the business.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Ensure all product and branding initiatives are aligned with our brand guidelines
  • Use best practices like workback schedules and project management software to ensure campaign deliverables are created on time, within budget, and on brand
  • Liaises with internal and external suppliers to confirm pricing, orders, delivery and timing
  • Ensures final estimates and invoices are reconciled with original estimates
  • Work effectively with suppliers and vendors to deliver the best possibly solutions for our design requirements
  • Lead the approvals process, coordinating revisions when necessary or required by printing limitations. Coordinating appropriately with Creative team
You Have
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Post-secondary education in project management, marketing or business
  • An extreme attention to detail and organization
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work onsite at our office in downtown Vancouver
