About the Company : We are seeking a highly creative and visually driven Creative Marketing Specialist to collaborate closely with our Product Marketing team to develop engaging and impactful digital assets. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity, has a deep passion for design, and enjoys pushing the boundaries of digital content. Your work will be instrumental in crafting compelling content, designing eye-catching visuals, producing high-quality videos, optimizing website experiences, and writing persuasive copy that captivates and converts audiences.

About the Role : Work with Product Marketing to understand brand positioning, messaging, and campaign goals. Conceptualize and develop highly creative digital assets, including graphics, banners, and animations that elevate the brand. Produce engaging and visually stunning videos for product launches, social media, and marketing campaigns. Design and optimize website content to enhance user experience and drive conversions with a strong creative touch. Write persuasive and brand-aligned marketing copy for websites, product pages, advertisements, and more. Collaborate with designers, developers, and other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive and visually compelling brand identity. Develop and execute bold and imaginative creative strategies for social media and digital advertising campaigns. Monitor performance metrics, analyze insights, and optimize content for engagement and conversions. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, creative tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

Required Skills :

  • A strong creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, design, and digital content.
  • Exceptional skills in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools).
  • Experience in video production and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools) with a strong visual storytelling ability.
  • Understanding of website optimization (WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms) with a creative eye for aesthetics.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a keen ability to craft engaging and imaginative brand messaging.
  • Experience in social media marketing and advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), with an ability to create visually engaging campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think outside the box, and deliver bold, innovative creative ideas.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with SEO and digital advertising strategies.
  • Familiarity with UI / UX best practices and creative web design.
  • Background in B2B or B2C marketing with a strong creative direction.
