What We’re Looking For :

We’re seeking a freelance Marketing Consultant or Brand Strategist to help us define our brand, craft a focused marketing plan, and lay the groundwork for scalable, ongoing outreach efforts. This is a strategic role—not just execution. However, future collaboration on implementation is possible.

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate our current marketing materials, website, and branding
• Develop a clear, differentiated brand strategy (visual identity + messaging)
• Create a 3–6 month marketing roadmap (online + offline tactics)
• Advise on best tools, platforms, and talent needed for execution
• Identify potential gaps in our current marketing efforts and suggest fixes

Ideal Candidate Has :

• Proven experience in marketing and branding strategy (bonus if in commercial real estate or B2B services)
• Strong portfolio of past strategy work or client results
• Clear communication and collaborative mindset
• Understanding of small business marketing realities (limited team, need for automation, ROI focus)
• Brand strategy brief (voice, tone, positioning, look and feel)
• Marketing strategy document or action plan
• Recommendations for content, tools, or vendors
• Optional : oversight or execution of first steps
