Role Overview

The Creative Manager will shape the company's creative output and brand identity. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and implementing the creative vision across digital and traditional media, ensuring brand consistency, and managing projects related to website, marketing campaigns, social media, print, and video content.

Responsibilities
  1. Visual Brand Building & Evolution: Evolve the brand’s visual identity to stay relevant and impactful.
  2. Setting the Creative Vision: Develop a compelling creative strategy aligned with brand goals.
  3. Ensuring Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive style across all projects.
  4. Leading Creative Projects: Develop ideas, present concepts, and oversee execution.
  5. Problem-Solving: Address creative and logistical issues proactively.
  6. Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external vendors.
  7. Website Production: Design and build web pages.
  8. Content Production: Create sales decks, white papers, infographics, etc.
  9. Quality Control: Ensure all work meets quality standards and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in design principles and relevant software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
  • Strong visual storytelling skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with digital and print production processes.
  • Experience with webpage development in Hubspot CMS.
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience, ideally with a degree in graphic design, design management, or related fields.
