As a Creative Lead for Growth Marketing, you will own the Creative Marketing Strategy efforts for EA SPORTS FC Mobile. You will develop creative strategies and drive collaboration across internal teams and external partners to achieve business goals. In close partnership with EA Mobile game studios and Growth leaders across multiple functions, your creative marketing campaigns will drive player acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and deliver creative strategy and marketing assets for EA SPORTS FC Mobile aligned with product marketing and audience insights.
  • Understand competitive creative insights of the mobile games market.
  • Maintain a high standard of creative asset quality and execution.
  • Drive creative ownership of marketing assets throughout the production workflow.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Studio to design creative campaigns.
  • Build relationships with leaders focused on your titles to meet common goals.
Qualifications:
  • Experience building UA creative for a successful mobile product or brand.
  • Experience in sports marketing or passion for football (soccer).
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Design, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile marketing creative strategy or production.
  • Creative-minded storyteller who can translate data into actionable campaigns.
  • Experience owning and managing creative within a cross-functional team.
