Superside is seeking a visionary Creative Director with deep creative expertise and a passion for Generative AI to lead high-impact work across branding, ad creative, digital experiences, print, presentations, and more. In this role, you’ll guide a globally distributed team, collaborate with ambitious brands like Meta, Amazon, Salesforce, Shopify, and Google, and play a pivotal role in scaling our creative excellence through AI-powered innovation.
As a Creative Director, you’ll serve as the key creative contact for our customers, helping them solve problems through strategic creative thinking, ensuring our work delivers business impact, and pushing our creative standards forward.
What you'll do:
- Own the creative vision for key accounts, partnering with Creative Directors to shape brand expression and output.
- Partner closely with customers to understand their goals, build trust, and become their go-to creative advisor.
- Guide conceptual development and ensure alignment between creative direction, customer strategy, and campaign objectives.
- Lead customer calls and creative presentations, confidently articulating ideas, rationale, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Provide clear, actionable direction to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring creative excellence across every touchpoint.
- Collaborate with Creative Project Managers to ensure alignment between vision, scope, and resources.
- Mentor and develop creative talent, delivering feedback that raises the bar while supporting individual growth.
- Leverage Generative AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, Firefly, DALL·E) to support ideation and design when relevant.
- Champion adoption of AI-powered workflows, ensuring innovation enhances creativity and efficiency without compromising quality.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and creative technologies, sharing insights to maintain Superside’s competitive edge.
What you'll need:
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate creative concepts.
- 7+ years in creative leadership, preferably in global agencies or fast-paced in-house teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across branding, presentations, and ad creative, with evidence of AI-enhanced work.
- Proven ability to lead complex customer relationships and act as the senior creative point of contact across accounts.
- Experience guiding multidisciplinary teams and providing mentorship in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation tools like PowerPoint and Keynote.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (MidJourney, DALL·E, Firefly) and a strong understanding of how to use them strategically.
- Operational acumen to balance creative quality, scalability, and timeline management across workstreams.
- A proactive, customer-centric mindset with a bias for action and ownership.
