About The Role

This is a high-impact, hands-on creative leadership role where you’ll shape the future of an evolving brand and help us stand out in a saturated category. As Creative Director, you will lead the visual and conceptual evolution of our brands across all platforms. You’ll drive the creative direction of our residential, commercial, and employer brands, integrating advanced technology tools (including AI) to boost awareness and expand our reach.

This position is offered in a hybrid format, with in-office presence required based on operational needs.

What You’ll Do

Brand Elevation

  • Develop and implement impactful visual strategies that enhance our brand’s positioning.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels (digital, print, social, TV/video).
  • Collaborate with corporate and franchise stakeholders.

Storytelling Through Video and Social Media

  • Lead the development of short-form video content for social media platforms.
  • Create data-driven campaigns that engage and convert audiences.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate the customer journey through video storytelling.

Technology Integration

  • Leverage AI-based creative tools and stay ahead of design trends.
  • Improve creative processes to deliver faster, higher-quality results.

Team Leadership

  • Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing creative team.
  • Foster an environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.
  • Manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery.

Market Engagement

  • Develop integrated campaigns to reach new market segments.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to evaluate performance and optimize results.
  • Tailor storytelling for diverse audiences: consumers, businesses, and talent.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, Marketing, Multimedia Production, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years in a senior creative role with a strong brand focus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in team or administrative management.
  • Proven experience developing social media and video content strategies.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns that blend storytelling, social media, and digital marketing.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Microsoft Office Suite, and AI-based creative tools.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in French and English.
  • A creative leader who inspires teams, drives innovation, and aligns creativity with business goals.
