Germain Hotels in Ottawa is seeking a bartender who crafts beverages, discusses beer/wine, and delivers guest‑centered service at the bar. You’ll handle orders, maintain bar cleanliness, and ensure compliance with beverage regulations while contributing to a warm, guest‑focused experience.

We look for 1–2 years behind a bar, rugged multitasking ability, and a good grasp of register systems. This full‑time, on‑site role offers unionized compensation and travel-focused benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years' experience behind a bar.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical condition; ability to stand and lift up to 50 lb.
• Knowledge of restaurant cash register systems.

Responsabilidades

• Recommend, prepare and serve beverages and food to guests’ taste with excellent service.
• Keep bar supplies organized and compliant with health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, well‑organized working environment and equipment.
• Comply with laws and regulations regarding alcohol service.
