Bar George in Montreal, QC, is seeking a part‑time Bartender for brunch service on weekends. You’ll craft beverages, recommend menu items, and ensure memorable guest experiences in a lively, elegant setting inspired by Oliver & Bonacini standards.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of bartending experience, cocktail batching know‑how, and a passion for wine and beverage excellence. Weekend availability is required.

Formación

• Minimum of one year of bartender/barmaid experience in a similar environment.
• Experience with batch cocktail preparation is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of wines, beers and classic cocktails.
• Passion for gastronomy, beverages and high‑quality customer service.
• Ability to multi‑task and deliver strong service in bar and lounge areas.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsabilidades

• Create an exceptional guest experience through authentic interactions and service standards.
• Master the full food and beverage menu to confidently recommend items.
• Promptly take drink orders and prepare beverages following O&B standards.
• Present beverages clearly at the bar pickup area and communicate details to guests and team.
