Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, and bread, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Decorate cakes and desserts with creative designs to meet customer specifications.
• Handle food preparation tasks such as mixing, measuring, and assembling ingredients efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety protocols.
• Package baked goods for retail sale or catering orders with attention to presentation and freshness.
• Assist customers with product selections and dietary inquiries while delivering excellent customer service.
• Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
• Support team members in daily operations, including restocking supplies and maintaining inventory.
