Zulu Alpha Kilo, Inc. is seeking an Account Director in Toronto to lead the client services team and manage senior-level client relationships. You will oversee fully integrated campaigns, coordinate cross-functional agency teams, and drive strategic initiatives for growth.

The role requires 8+ years in a creative advertising agency, strong communication skills, and proven ability to deliver under pressure. Occasional after-hours work and travel may be required.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in a creative advertising agency.
• Amazing relationship builder with entrepreneurial spirit.

• Extensive Digital and Broadcast Production experience.
• Highly organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, adaptable to change.
• Occasional after-hours work and overnight travel may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Be the senior day-to-day point of contact for the client and internal team with a track record of building trusted relationships.
• Maintain proactive communication with GAD and/or MD on account status.
• Manage and execute fully integrated campaigns balancing digital/interactive/social marketing with traditional above-the-line work.
• Influence, drive, and sell integrated strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of high-quality creative work by sharing knowledge of the client’s business and brand.
• Cultivate strong relationships and partner effectively with all internal agency functions.
• Collaborate with strategic and creative partners to develop short+long-term strategies and opportunities for growth.
• Lead annual planning processes, SOW, and resource allocations.
• Oversee account administration with strong fiscal acumen; troubleshoot day-to-day issues.
• Coordinate communications between agency, client, and partner agencies (media, retail, digital, PR) to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Oversee direct reports, professional development, and performance reviews.
