Hercules Crane & Lifting Supplies in Mississauga, ON is seeking a full-time Crane Technician. You will inspect and test hoists and cranes to ensure safety certifications comply with regulations, assist the sales team with quotes, and respond to service calls.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Performs inspections on various hoists and cranes.
• Diagnoses equipment problems and estimates costs of repairs.
• Performs maintenance and troubleshooting on overhead electric cranes and completes repairs.
• Completes reports on inspected items and submits to administration.
• Maintains paperwork and records of used inventory for billing and certification.
• Picks up and delivers products to customers in company truck.
• Contributes to efficient work methods aligned with policy.
• Provides input to customer quotes.
• Performs cycle counts of inventory periodically.
• Performs general labour and maintenance tasks.
• Follows safety and quality procedures.
• Travels to customer sites; some evenings and weekends possible.
