Job summary

The Pioneer Co-Operative Association Limited in CRAIK, SK is seeking a full-time, permanent employee to deliver excellent customer service, handle till duties, and assist with sales across departments. The role includes stocking, merchandising, and inventory tasks in a busy retail setting.

Applicants must have a valid Class 5 license, complete company training (TDG, WHMIS, forklift), and be able to lift heavy loads.

Qualifications

• Has a valid Class 5 Driver's License or higher.
• Company-provided training includes TDG, WHMIS and Forklift Certification.
• Knowledge of hardware; farm center experience or farm background is an asset.
• Strong computer skills.
• Team oriented or able to work independently.
• Physically able to perform heavy lifting.
• Adheres to safety policies and procedures.
• Position is Safety Sensitive: follows Alcohol & Substance policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and information to customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Excellent customer service to customers, by assisting and providing information, product knowledge.
• Maintain good knowledge of till and cash-related duties.
• Assist with sales in all departments as required
• Stock & display products to present a neat, clean, well-merchandised departments.
• Selling, loading and recording sales according to all regulations in all commodities.
• Maintain and clean equipment regularly.
• Housekeeping of facilities.
• Provide gas pump services
• Assist with inventory control, receiving & merchandising of products.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
