Overview

Here is your opportunity to join Flatiron - one of North America’s most respected and fastest growing heavy civil construction companies! We are actively recruiting for team members to join us on our Keating Cross Road Flyover Project in Saanich, BC.

What you will be doing

Performs a variety of tasks requiring physical labor on construction sites:

• Cleans and prepares construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
• Loads or unloads building materials to be used in construction.
• Builds or takes part in bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures.
• Digs trenches, backfills holes, or compacts earth to prepare construction.
• Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
• Performs additional assignments per management’s direction.
