Murphy Hospitality Group is seeking a Craft Beverage Supervisor for the Gahan Beer Store in Charlottetown, PEI. The role involves supervising staff, greeting customers, and driving sales through engagement and product knowledge.

You will provide recommendations based on customer preferences and ensure a high level of service. Previous bartending/serving experience and a valid beverage certificate are required, with supervisory experience considered an asset.

As Craft Beverage Supervisor, You Will

• Supervise and co-ordinate Beer Store staff
• Assign staff to duties and prepare work schedules
  
• Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Provide recommendations based on customers' stated preferences, needs and desires
• Respond to customer questions
• Conduct sales transactions
• Other duties as required
