Job summary

Compass Group Canada is hiring a Bartender to prepare and serve beverages to guests promptly and with a friendly demeanor. You will set up bars, stock supplies, mix drinks per recipes, and ensure responsible service with proper ID checks. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and build guest relationships in a fast-paced setting.

Evening and weekend availability is required. ProServe certification is essential, and previous bartending experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Set up bars and stock all beverages, glassware, condiments, and supplies.
• Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard recipes and portion controls.
• Take and process drink orders; ensure responsible service and check IDs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and complete daily inventory counts.
• Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive bar display.
• Comply with Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Build relationships with guests.
• Adhere to uniform standards and SOPs.
