Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related work experience.
• Development/consulting/implementation experience is an asset.
• Experience with database concepts and MS Excel.
• Confidence in speaking and presenting information in collaborative customer settings.
• High motivation for a role combining technical and customer-management dimensions.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English.
• Education background in IT, Engineering, or Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular status updates to the Technical/Project Lead and the client.
• Create documentation and participate in project meetings.
• Act as a primary resource through the full lifecycle of the solution.
• Gather client business requirements with the Project Lead.
• Design innovative solutions tailored to the client’s needs using best practices.
• Be a hands-on SME advising, implementing, testing, and training.
• Work with internal/external contacts to deliver a tailored solution meeting client specs.
• Guide and mentor junior team members while maintaining strong client relationships.

What You’ll Do as a Corporate Performance Management Consultant:

• You will provide regular status updates to the Technical/Project Lead and the client
