Responsibilities

• Provide regular status updates to the Technical/Project Lead and the client.
• Create documentation and participate in project meetings.
• Be a primary resource and consultant through the full lifecycle of the solution.
• Gather client business requirements in partnership with the Project Lead.
• Design innovative solutions customized for the client's specific needs using best practices.
• Be a hands-on SME advising, implementing, testing, and training.
• Work closely with internal and external contacts to ensure tailored solutions meet client specifications.
• Guide and mentor junior team members while nurturing strong client relationships.

What You'll Do as a Corporate Performance Management Consultant:
