Job summary

MRC Healthcare in Markham, Ontario is seeking a compassionate CPAP Clinician to join our team. You will educate patients on CPAP therapy, perform equipment setups, and support follow-up care while ensuring accurate documentation.

Role requires English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin language skills, along with prior healthcare sales experience. You will collaborate with clinicians and staff to maintain clinic operations and deliver patient-focused service.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a healthcare setting is required.
• Experience with CPAP therapy or sleep medicine is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and sensitively.
• A patient-centred approach, supported by empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency and experience with Google Suite; experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized patient education on CPAP therapy, including equipment operation, mask fit, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Complete equipment setups in accordance with prescriptions, established protocols, and the employee’s scope of practice.
• Assess mask fit and comfort, troubleshoot common equipment concerns, and help patients overcome barriers to consistent therapy use.
• Conduct patient follow-ups, review therapy data, and communicate concerns to the appropriate healthcare professional.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient documentation.
• Collaborate with referring physicians, sleep clinics, and colleagues to support coordinated patient care.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, equipment orders, inventory, and daily clinic operations.
• Uphold company standards for professionalism, infection prevention, and patient service.

MRC Healthcare is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented CPAP Clinician to join our Markham team. We provide CPAP equipment, patient education, and ongoing support to help individuals successfully manage sleep apnea.

We are looking for a candidate who can communicate effectively in English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin to support our patient community.

This role combines direct patient care, equipment setup, therapy follow-up, and clinic administration. Previous sales experience is required; experience with CPAP therapy or healthcare service is preferred.
