PwC Canada is seeking a CPA Program Manager to drive the future CPA Program design and delivery. You will guide staff and partners through complex requirements, collaborate with external instructors, and deliver resources and policy guidance to support CPA candidates across the firm.
The role emphasizes program leadership, budget oversight, and strong stakeholder engagement with regulatory bodies, HC teams and firm leaders to ensure successful execution of the new CPA Professional Program.
At PwC, our CPA Centre of Excellence (CoE) focuses on managing the full lifecycle of CPA designation support for staff and partners, guiding them through complex program requirements and providing ongoing advice, resources and support throughout their CPA journey. As a manager on this team, you will work with subject matter experts and project teams to shape the future CPA Program, design effective support initiatives, and enhance the experience and success of our people. This role requires a Canadian CPA designation and provides high visibility with PwC leadership and regulators.

The salary range for this position is $84,800 - $134,800. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
