Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Food Chemistry, Food Science or Food Microbiology.
• Five years teaching or industry experience.
• In-person and virtual teaching platforms (Zoom/WebEx) familiarity.
• TLS training available for remote teaching.
• Refer to MCLIU Collective Agreement articles 12.01 and 12.03.

Responsibilities

• Teach FDSC 315 Separation Techniques in Food Analysis.
• Grade final exams as part of the contract.
• Be available during scheduled final exam days.
• Attend and supervise lectures and labs as scheduled.
