Master educator with an MA in a relevant field e.g. Applied Drama, Drama in Community Contexts, Theatre, Acting) and/or extensive relevant experience as a school artist-educator in drama and theatre.2. PhD or equivalent in a relevant field is an asset . Experience:1. Demonstrated knowledge of:* How to use developmental drama in the elementary classroom.* Theoretical and practical underpinnings of drama education.* Using/integrating drama across the elementary curriculum.* Planning, teaching and assessing drama education lessons and units.2. Previous experience teaching similar course(s) at the undergraduate or graduate level and/or equivalent relevant teaching or professional experience.3. Experience as a master teacher in drama education or theatre in the Quebec educational system.4. Familiarity with the Professional Competencies specified by the Ministère de l’Éducation. Other:1. Knowledge of the impact and proven record integrating pedagogical approaches anchored to equity, diversity and inclusion.2.
