Job summary

FedEx Canada is seeking an interview-position Courier to provide courteous pick-up and delivery on an assigned route, verifying shipments for compliance with FedEx Canada service standards, and handling related customer service tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and the ability to lift 70 lbs with equipment. Experience in customer service is preferred and flexibility to work varying shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and handle packages up to 150 lbs with equipment.
• 1 year of customer-facing business experience preferred.
• Must complete driver assessment training.
• Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian customs is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery on an assigned route.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada features of service.
