Responsibilities include providing courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route, checking all shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada service standards, and performing related customer service functions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
• One (1) year customer-oriented business experience preferred
• Must pass mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
• Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is an asset
• Good interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a high-pressure environment
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or delivery roles
