2. Check all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service.
3. Provide related customer service functions.

Minimum Requirements

1. High school diploma/educational equivalent.
2. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
3. Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
4. Good interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
5. Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a pressured environment.
6. Willingness to work flexible schedules including holidays based on business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of customer-oriented business experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations (asset).
• Ability to achieve minimum thresholds on mandatory driver assessment training.

Additional Information

This job may require bilingual skills (French and English) if residing in Quebec. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license (e.g., Class 5, G, or AZ) and a clean driving record. All candidates will be assessed through interviews, driver assessments, and review of their driving abstract. The role involves operating in a PC Windows environment, completing required training, and working varying shifts.
