Job summary

Napoleon Group of Companies is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Shanty Bay, Ontario location. You will work from written instructions, pick and pack orders, complete weigh bills, and use Purolator and UPS mailing systems.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting are essential. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, 2 years warehouse/manufacturing experience, basic computer skills (RF scanners, MS Office), and knowledge of Dynamics 365, WMS/TMS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or GED
• 2 years previous warehouse and/or manufacturing experience; previous courier experience is an asset
• Basic computer skills (RF scanners and MS Office); Dynamics 365 & WMS/TMS experience preferred
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to think independently while working with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to function in a fast-paced multi-functional environment where priorities change regularly
• Customer service oriented with an eye for detail
