Job summary

Napoleon is hiring for a full-time on-site position in Shanty Bay, Ontario, with shift hours 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., Monday to Friday. The role focuses on picking, packing, processing orders, weigh bills, and using Purolator/UPS mailing systems, while maintaining 5S standards and improving processes.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 2 years of experience, and basic computer skills. Dynamics 365 and WMS/TMS experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on shortages and expedite through reporting to Team Leader.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area per 5S.
• Grow Lean knowledge to identify and assist with improvements.

Hours of work: 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Work from verbal or written instructions, and work orders.
• Pick, pack and process customer orders through WMS/TMS.
• Completion of weigh bills.
• Usage of Purolator and UPS Mailing systems.
• Follow up on shortages and expedite through reporting to their Team Leader.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area in accordance to 5S principles.
• Continue to grow Lean knowledge and use the tools to identify and assist with continuous improvement to product and processes.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma, or GED
• 2 years previous experience
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to think independently while working with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to function in a fast-paced multi-functional environment where priorities change regularly
• Dynamics 365 & WMS/TMS experience preferred
• Customer service oriented with an eye for detail
