Job summary

Westburne is seeking a Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate in Bracebridge, ON. You will build relationships with customers by assisting with product inquiries, sourcing items and processing orders at the counter.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will maintain stock, showroom shelves and deliver brand-consistent customer service. You have 1–2 years in counter sales or warehouse roles, strong communication, and the ability to juggle tasks under pressure while staying personable.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of counter sales/warehouse experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure while maintaining a good attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Support: pick, ship and receive orders while replenishing stock levels.
• Sales Support: directly service customers via counter sales, confirm stock availability and process orders/inquiries.
• Make a personal impact by maintaining high level of customer service.
• Be a Brand Ambassador by building brand recognition and supporting sales initiatives.
