Noble Corporation invites applications for a Counter Sales Associate - HVAC at our Etobicoke Profit Centre. You will be the face of our team, delivering outstanding service, processing orders, and supporting customers from inquiry to delivery.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, upselling where appropriate, and working closely with the inventory and delivery teams to maximize sales and gross profit. Competitive salary range: CAD 40,000–55,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years’ customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication (written & verbal) skills.
• Able to safely lift upwards of 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct sales service and product line information to customers (in person, or by telephone/e-mail).
• Process sales, including entering orders, pulling product from inventory, and scheduling delivery or helping buyers load orders.
• Evaluate customer’s needs and upsell product where appropriate to maximize sales.
• Other related profit centre duties to support business needs.
