TELUS Health seeks a Counsellor II to support Workplace Support Programs in Vancouver. This permanent full-time role focuses on clinical assessment, counselling, and treatment planning for employees facing mental health concerns.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Counselling or Social Work and registration with BCACC/CCC/BCCSW, with 5+ years post-graduate experience. Ability to work in person or remotely and strong documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counselling or social work is required.
• Registration with professional college or association (BCACC, CCC or BCCSW) is required.
• Minimum of 5 years post-graduate clinical experience.
• Strongly developed substance use, trauma, mental health assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to effectively utilize clinical supervision.
• Ability to assess all types of psycho-social disorders and develop treatment plans.
• Ability to use clinical assessment tools.
• Excellent time management and documentation/reporting skills.
• Ability to work in person or remotely and collaborate in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessment and counselling within Workplace Support Programs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for psycho-social issues.
• Document and report clinical findings clearly and concisely.
• Collaborate with team and supervise clinical staff as needed.
