These clinical interventions address issues requiring longer-term, more specialized or more intensive levels of care to prevent or manage workplace performance problems, absence, and disability.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the WSP team manager, you will be providing in-person and remote counselling services for TELUS Health Workplace Support Programs (WSP). Additionally, you will be providing mental health and substance use assessments, diagnosis, treatment recommendations and intervention.

How you will make an impact
  • Provide counselling to adult clients eligible for TELUS Health Workplace Support Programs.
  • Manage the administrative requirements as dictated by TELUS Health’s clinical models.
What you bring
  • Ph.D. or master’s degree in Psychology.
  • At least five years of post‑graduate counselling experience.
  • Member in good standing with the Quebec Order of Psychologists.
  • Prominent substance use and mental health assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to adapt to clinical supervision.
  • Ability to assess all types of psycho‑social disorders and develop treatment plans.
  • Knowledge or use of clinical assessment tools.
  • Ability to write clinical reports clearly and concisely.
  • Experience and expertise with mandated clients.
  • Basic knowledge of community resources and case management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work in person / remotely and collaborate with a team.
