Kwantlen Polytechnic University is seeking a full-time counsellor at the Richmond campus to support student mental wellness. The role involves individual and group counselling, crisis intervention, and collaboration with diverse student populations. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree and significant counselling experience, contributing to an inclusive and resilient community.

Our team offers:
KPU is seeking applications for a full-time (1.0 FTE) counsellor based at the Richmond campus, working Monday to Friday (35 hrs/week) for a one-year term starting September 1, 2025. Shortlisting begins the week of May 12, 2025, with interviews scheduled in the following two weeks.
Partial remote work is possible, with current practice being 60% on-campus and 40% remote. Details about working conditions are outlined in Article 12 of the Kwantlen Faculty Association (KFA) Collective Agreement.
