Context

The ideal candidate will handle procurement, assist in planning, monitoring, and controlling project budgets, and coordinate client billing.

Missions/Main Duties
  1. Manage project procurement, including supplier quotes, approvals, and purchase orders, tracking received and pending orders.
  2. Assist in budget planning, monitoring, and control, including timesheet review, progress analysis, variance reporting, and risk mitigation.
  3. Prepare and integrate budget revisions, coordinate monthly financial procedures, and handle client billing, ensuring compliance with standards.
  4. Follow up on accounts receivable and supplier invoice payments.
Profile/Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in administration or equivalent.

Experience: 5 to 10 years in a similar project management role.

Technical Skills
  • Excellent proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in MS Project (asset).
  • Knowledge in transportation (asset).
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English, oral and written.
Personal Qualities
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
