The Jean Coutu Group in Quebec is seeking a cosmetics department supervisor to lead a vibrant team and drive outstanding customer service while meeting sales goals. You will plan and organize operations, manage purchasing and merchandising, and provide makeup touch-ups and demonstrations to engage customers.

You will train and mentor staff, schedule shifts, monitor inventory, and ensure product knowledge across the cosmetics range.

• Experience in the cosmetics industry.

• Basic French language knowledge.
