Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group in Ontario, Embrun is seeking a cosmetics department leader. You will oversee operations, staff, and merchandising for cosmetics while driving sales and delivering strong customer service.

Job description

The salary for this position ranges between $21.04 and $23.29.

Within your team, your essential role will be:

• to see to the constant improvement of customer service;
• plan, organize and control the operational activities and human resources of the cosmetics department;
• set and achieve sales objectives;
• manage the purchasing/merchandise;
• manage the cosmetics team;
• perform make-up touch-ups and animations;
• organize commercial activities.
