Job summary

Bulk Barn is seeking a part-time Store Key Holder in Ontario to support the Store Manager in daily operations and lead staff during shifts. You will assist customers, manage tasks, and ensure store standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities, with flexibility for early mornings, days, and evenings. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• In absence of Store Manager, manage staff and ensure that Bulk Barn standards are upheld
• Coach and motivate staff to perform their duties to the best of their abilities
• Delegate tasks amongst employees
• Follow-up with employees to ensure the tasks are being executed correctly and in a timely manner
• Lead and assist workers in performing their day-to-day tasks
• Assist customers in a manner that exceeds customer expectations
• Process cash transactions using POS system and Interact terminal
• Clean store
• Restock store shelves
• Unload deliveries (in excess of 50 lbs.)
• Ensure the store is kept clean at all times
• Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
• Other duties as assigned

• Coach and motivate staff to perform their duties to the best of their abilities

Job Type: Permanent, Part-time.

Schedule: Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, days and evenings, Monday through Sunday. Your availability must be approximately 12 to 25 hours per week.
