Bulk Barn is seeking a part-time Store Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Supervisor in the daily operations of the Orangeville location. The role emphasizes staff coaching, task delegation, and delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining Bulk Barn standards.

Ideal candidates will have MS Office proficiency, proven leadership, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a detail-oriented, multi-tasking mindset. Retail experience is an asset for success in this role.

• Restock store shelves.
• Unload deliveries (in excess of 50 lbs.).
• Maintain a healthy and safe working environment.

A Store Key Holder assists the Store Manager and Supervisor in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

• In absence of Store Manager, manage staff and ensure that Bulk Barn standards are upheld
• Coach and motivate staff to perform their duties to the best of their abilities
• Delegate tasks amongst employees
• Follow-up with employees to ensure the tasks are being executed correctly and in a timely manner
• Lead and assist workers in performing their day-to-day tasks
• Assist customers in a manner that exceeds customer expectations
• Process cash transactions using POS system and Interact terminal
• Clean store
• Restock store shelves
• Unload deliveries (in excess of 50 lbs.)
• Ensure the store is kept clean at all times
• Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Permanent, Part-time.

Schedule: Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, days and evenings, Monday through Sunday. Your availability must be approximately 12 to 25 hours per week.
