Job summary

Axis Family Resources Ltd. in Kamloops, BC, is looking for a Corporate Services Support to join our team.

This full-time role supports multiple departments including Communications, Finance, HR, Health & Safety, IT, and Leadership, reporting to the Corporate Services Support lead. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, 5+ years of administrative experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Word and Adobe Suite.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma.
  • Completion of administrative courses or training (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative or office experience in a fast paced, multitasking environment.
  • Experience with data entry, records management, and user access administration.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive support to multiple departments across the Agency.
  • Prioritize, manage, and switch between tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support data entry, records management, and information management across Agency systems.
  • Administer user access, permissions, and security settings within Sharevision and other Agency systems.
  • Format, edit, and proofread complex documents and spreadsheets with accuracy.
  • Maintain confidential records, electronic files, and information with integrity and discretion.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word) and other business applications to support daily operations.
  • Assist with implementing internal processes, workflows, and technology enhancements.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to promote strong communication and efficient operations.

Job Posting: Corporate Services Support

Location: Kamloops, BC

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)

Wage: $61,000

We are seeking a highly driven, exceptionally organized, and adaptable individual to join our Kamloops team as Corporate Services Support. This role requires someone with strong initiative, outstanding multitasking abilities, and the capacity to manage shifting priorities quickly and thoroughly. This full-time position supports multiple departments including Communications, Finance, Human Resources, Health & Safety, IT, and Leadership. Reporting to the Corporate Services Support - Lead, the team member provides comprehensive corporate services support, contributes to organizational effectiveness, and manages confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive support to multiple departments across the Agency.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies, platforms, and processes.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Experience maintaining data integrity and managing information within databases or case management systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to software, systems, and user access requests.
  • Physically able to perform general office duties.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum high school diploma.
  • Completion of administrative courses or training (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative or office experience in a fast paced, multitasking environment.
  • Experience using standard office equipment (phones, printers, scanners, etc.).
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check (renewed every five years).
  • Experience with data entry, database administration, records management, and user access administration.
