Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid BC security license.
• OFA 1 First Aid Certification - Required.
• A minimum of 6 months of concierge experience - Required.
• Strong report writing and technology skills.
• Good eyesight and ability to maintain focus.
• Physically able to drive, patrol, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Alert, detail-oriented, with strong situational awareness.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.

As an Overnight Security Guard, you'll play a critical role in protecting the site during non-business hours. This position is ideal for a highly observant and proactive security professional who takes pride in maintaining a safe and secure environment. You'll be responsible for monitoring CCTV systems, conducting regular interior and exterior patrols, responding to alarms and emergencies, and identifying potential security risks before they escalated.
