Our client is looking for a Corporate Receptionist for their downtown Calgary office. If you are client-focused, team-oriented, and have a warm and friendly demeanor, you would be a great fit for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Maintain a professional phone demeanor as the first point of contact
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Manage client inquiries efficiently, providing accurate information and directing them appropriately
  • Assist the Executive team as required
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, manage meeting room bookings, and arrange catering
  • Provide administrative support to organization employees
  • Receive and distribute daily mail, courier packages, and other correspondence promptly

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of reception or related professional office experience in a corporate environment
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance, conduct, and uphold confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Client-focused with a positive customer service attitude, even in challenging situations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
